LIVING THROUGH GRIEF - Men in Grief
Men in Grief
Men will often attempt to stay strong and deny or repress their real feelings of grief. Long-term consequences of repressing feelings can lead to chronic depression, as well as deterioration in relationships with family and friends. Headaches, fatigue, agitation, insensitivity, or diving in to work can all be symptoms of repressed grief. This class offers men a safe and confidential environment where they can share their grief experience and feel less isolated.
