Body Language

According to experts, nonverbal signals make up a huge part of daily communication.  From our facial expressions to our body movements, the things we do not say can still convey volumes of information.  We can communicate one message with our words and something completely different from what we are doing with our body.  Understanding body language can help improve communication with people who have significant relationships in our lives.
