Access to Information Act
As of June 12 2025, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act has been replaced by the Access to Information Act and the Protection of Privacy Act. The City of Cold Lake currently is in the process of changing its policies to be in line with this new legislation. Updates will be coming to ensure residents can still obtain information under this new act.
