• The City of Cold Lake is moving forward with implementing bulk water billing for private subdivisions and is investing in the installation of a water meter for the Fontaine Village Subdivision.

• This project will ensure accurate cost recovery and reduced administration costs on utility accounts be providing one metered connection to the private development of Fontaine Village.
