The City of Cold Lake is seeking to develop a neighborhood park within the Lakeridge Subdivision. SE Design and consulting has been retained to provide engineering consulting and contract management services for the implementation of this project.

Background
The neighborhood community within the Lakeridge subdivision has requested that City of Cold Lake develop a park within the subdivision on numerous occasions. With several options being brought forward by the community, the City of Cold Lake has sought to develop the southwest portion of lot 35MR Block A Plan 002 1650 adjacent to the storm water management facility into useable park space.

The project seeks to increase the access to public park space and improve connectivity within the City of Cold Lake.

The proposed improvements will increase the supply of public park space and improve the utilization of existing green spaces within the City of Cold Lake.
