Councillor Dawn Weber
Councillor Dawn Weber has been a resident of Cold Lake for 20 years. Throughout that time, she has built a career in non-profit management, helping organizations thrive and contributing to development initiatives that have brought in seven-figure support for the Lakeland region. A strong believer in the power of volunteerism, Dawn has always made community service a central part of her life.
Dawn ran for City Council and was elected for her first term in 2025 as a natural extension of her commitment to community. She continues to seek new ways to serve, listen, and strengthen the connection between residents and their local government. Her priority on Council is ensuring that every resident feels welcome, valued, and heard.
When she’s not working on community matters, Dawn can most often be found cheering on her two sons year-round from the sidelines of a soccer pitch or football turf, attending live theatre events with her husband, or relaxing with a good historical fiction novel.
