Guided Meditation

Guided meditation, which is also knows as guided imagery, uses words and images to help move our attention away from worry, stress and pain to help find our own inner strength and creativity.  This brings the natural powers of the mind into a state of health and healing.  Guided medication can promote relaxation, which can lower blood pressure and reduce other problems related to stress.  We can also use it to help reach goals such as losing weight or quitting smoking, managing pain and promoting healing.  We will create healthy bath salts using essential oils, flowers and crystals.
