Setting Healthy Boundaries (ages 18+)

Setting Healthy Boundaries

You change for two reasons: Either you learn enough that you want to, or you’ve been hurt enough that you have to.”  ~Unknown

The purpose of setting a healthy boundary is, of course, to protect and take good care of ourselves.  Setting healthy boundaries does not always come naturally or easily.  Healthy boundaries means getting to know ourselves and increasing our awareness of where we stand and what we stand for.  Along with communication and honesty, learning to express how we feel is important to creating healthy relationships.  Join us for an interactive class that will help us move towards creating and maintaining healthy boundaries.
