Property Assessment
The City of Cold Lake's property assessor estimates the market value of real estate in the community. The property taxes owners pay are proportionate to the value of their property. While property owners cannot appeal their tax notice, property assessments can be appealed by the appropriate deadline. To find out more about assessments and the appeal process, visit the Property Assessment Information Page.
