Report a Problem

The City of Cold Lake offers an easy to use reporting system to allow residents to report problems they find throughout their community. These could range from problems with a fire hydrant, potholes, evidence of graffiti or even a water main break. 

Once a problem is reported, it will be assigned to the appropriate department immediately to ensure a timely and appropriate response.
