Marina Opening Delayed

Due to ice still present in the marina, we will be unable to open on Friday, May 15, 2026, as initially planned. Please note that there will be no on-site security until the marina is officially open.

With six to eight inches of ice in the marina basin as of May 12, the City of Cold Lake hopes to install the dock system early next week. The City of Cold Lake will provide updates as soon as docks can be properly installed and all of the necessary preparations are made.

The marina opening will be communicated directly to users, and will also be posted to the City’s social media channels.
