Accessible & Chair Yoga

Accessible yoga is an inclusive practice that adapts the yoga posture to each individual. In this practice we use a chair to help guide us in our postures. Our breath work helps calm the nervous system while we move through our postures. With regular practice you will notice improvements in alignment, range of motion and overall body awareness.

Calisthenics from Beginner to Advanced

This dynamic calisthenics class is designed for all fitness levels, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to master advanced bodyweight movements. We’ll focus on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance using your own body weight as resistance. Beginners will learn foundational exercises like squats, push-ups, and planks, while more advanced participants will challenge themselves with complex movements such as muscle-ups, pistol squats, and handstands. Our experienced instructors will provide modifications and progressions to ensure everyone can participate and continue improving.

Fascial Mobility

Improve athletic performance and reduce risk of injury with this beginner class designed to identify and mobilize fascial restrictions within the body. Mobility training increases joint range of motion and reduces muscle tension and soreness while improving posture. Work along side a Manual Osteopathic Therapist to discover how your body moves and take your training to a new level.

Full Body Release & Recovery with Hatha Yoga

Start the year by cultivating balance and well-being with Hatha Yoga. This practice combines gentle poses, mindful breathing, and meditation. Improve flexibility, strengthen your body, and calm your mind while connecting with your inner self. Perfect for those seeking peace and a healthier lifestyle. Discover it today!

Somatic Exercise

Join us for an hour each week as we explore what muscle amnesia is, how it contributes to chronic pain and how to reset the resting level of your muscles. This class is involves slow breath work and conscious movement designed to reboot your central nervous system. Increase pain-free movement. Enhance quality of life by releasing stored physical/emotional trauma in the body. Lower stress hormones and boost cognitive thinking. Please bring a pillow and blanket for comfort.

Functional Movement

Optimize movement and performance with our functional movement class. In this class we will focus on increasing joint mobility, correcting muscle imbalance and regaining proper postural alignment. Move more efficiently and reduce your risk of injury as you follow along this low impact workout and learn about repetitive injury patterns.

Ashtanga Basic Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga focuses on a dynamic and athletic physical practice that includes a fixed order of poses linked together with breath to form a continuous sequence.  It is rooted with vinyasa, the flowing movement between postures and will increase your physical strength, flexibility, and endurance while promoting mental clarity.  The instructor demonstrates postures and modifications throughout this class alongside students. This class is a traditional practice and is moderate to high intensity.

Restorative Yin Yoga

Treat yourself to a moment of stillness and deep connection with Yin Yoga. This practice targets connective tissues and joints through sustained poses, enhancing flexibility, relaxation, and energy balance. Ideal for reducing stress and finding serenity as the year begins. Come and renew your energy!

Fitness classes require at least three participants to run as scheduled. If the minimum class registration is not met, the class will be cancelled. Registrants will be contacted and their accounts will be credited.
