Accessible & Chair Yoga

Accessible yoga is an inclusive practice that adapts the yoga posture to each individual. In this practice we use a chair to help guide us in our postures. Our breath work helps calm the nervous system while we move through our postures. With regular posture you will notice improvements in alignment, range of motion and overall body awareness.

Calisthenics from Beginner to Advanced

Calisthenics from beginner to advanced is designed for all fitness levels, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking to master advanced bodyweight movements. Focus on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance using your own body weight as resistance. Beginners will learn foundational exercises like squats, push-ups, and planks, while more advanced participants will challenge themselves with complex movements such as muscle ups, pistol squats, and handstands. Join us for a full body workout that will sculpt, tone, and push your limits!

Conditioning

This class applies sports science principles to improve cardiovascular fitness, movement efficiency, and overall physical performance, with a strong focus on long-term health and injury prevention. Expect high-energy, sports performance-style training that builds endurance, sharpens movement, and keeps your body conditioned year-round.

Functional Movement and Fascial Mobility

This class blends functional movement and fascial mobility exercises. Improve athletic performance and reduce risk of injury with fascial mobility exercises. Designed to identify and mobilize fascial restrictions within the body. Mobility training increases joint range of motion and reduces muscle tension and soreness while improving posture. Optimize movement and performance with functional movement that focuses on increasing joint mobility, correcting muscle imbalance and regaining proper postural alignment. Work alongside a Manual Osteopathic Therapist to discover how your body moves and take your training to the next level!

Kid Kingdom - Ages 6-10

A fitness adventure where kids laugh, play, and get moving like little superheroes! Through imaginative games, obstacle courses, and fun movement challenges, children build strength, coordination, and confidence-all while exploring, playing, and having a blast!

Progressive Overload

How do you progress? By overcoming resistance. That’s exactly what this class is about. Each session gradually increases the challenge placed on your muscles through purposeful adjustments in reps, time under tension, and load. As resistance increases, so does your strength. Expect structured programming, quality coaching, and a motivating environment that pushes you to safely step outside your comfort zone. If you want visible progress, increased confidence, and real results, then this is the class for you!
**For best results, we recommend attending consistently throughout the full 8-week session.

Recess Reloaded - NEW

Remember when moving your body wasn’t a workout… it was just fun? That’s exactly what this class brings back. Recess Reloaded is all about letting loose, moving freely, and actually enjoying the process again. Expect a mix of strength, endurance, agility, and a little bit of brain work—all woven into games, challenges, and playful competition that’ll have you laughing more than watching the clock. This isn’t about perfection or pounding out reps in silence. It’s about showing up, getting a little competitive, a little sweaty, and reconnecting with that part of you that used to run, jump, and play without overthinking it. You’ll still get a solid, full-body workout—but it won’t feel like a grind. Because fitness should build you up… not burn you out.

Somatic Exercise

Join us for an hour each week as we explore what muscle amnesia is, how it contributes to chronic pain and how to reset the resting level of your muscles. This class involves slow breathing work and conscious movement designed to re-boot your central nervous system and increase pain free movement. Enhance quality of life by releasing stored physical/emotional trauma in the body. Lower stress hormones and boost cognitive thinking. Please bring a pillow and blanket for comfort.

Strong-ER - NEW

Stronger core. Stronger glutes. Stronger shoulders. Period. Instead of splitting them up, we’re bringing them together to create an all-around Strong-ER you! We’ll build stability through your core, power through your glutes, and strength and resilience through your shoulders—all in ways that actually carry over into your everyday life and workouts. You’ll move with intention, focus on quality over quantity, and be challenged in a way that builds lasting strength. No fluff. No wasted time. Just getting Strong-ER every time you walk in.

Totally TRX

Build strength, improve stability, and challenge your entire body using the power of TRX suspension training. This class blends controlled-strength exercises with functional, suspension-based movement to strengthen your core, enhance balance, and boost overall athletic performance. Expect a mix of upper body, lower body, and full body sequences that adapt to all fitness levels, whether you are new to TRX or looking to level up your training. Get ready to move smarter, get stronger, and feel unstoppable.

Unleash the Athlete in You

Legendary coach and Nike founder Bill Bowerman once said, “If you have a body, you are an athlete.” That means this class is for YOU. Designed to tap into your full potential, this dynamic workout combines plyometrics, power, endurance, and strength training for a true athlete-style experience. Get ready to challenge your limits, build confidence, and discover the athlete within.
