Library
The Cold Lake Public Library operates two branches, one in Cold Lake South (main branch, attached to City Hall) and one in Cold Lake North. The library is an independent member of the Northern Lights Library System and is not owned or operated by the City. Free library membership cards are funded by the City of Cold Lake.
The Cold Lake Public Library offers book, music and movie lending, as well as Wi-Fi hotspots and computer workstations with Microsoft Office and printing/scanning capabilities.
