Junior Investigator Program

Cold Lake Municipal Enforcement officers keep the peace by talking to citizens, collecting evidence and solving problems. Cold Lake and area kids can use those same skills to become a Junior Investigator!

1. Collect all six Community Peace Officer Collector Cards

Every Cold Lake Municipal Enforcement Officer carries a collector card with their name, background, hobbies and a special message for kids. When you see a Peace Officer at your school, on the street or at a community event, introduce yourself and ask for their card.

2. Report to Headquarters

When you have collected all six cards, bring them to the Cold Lake Municipal Enforcement headquarters at the Downtown District Fire Station (5201-55 Street) or call dispatch at 780-594-1345.

3. Collect your reward!

Present your cards to any Municipal Enforcement officer at Headquarters and receive your official Junior Investigator certificate of recognition. You'll also receive a high-visibility toque, a City of Cold Lake backpack and some other cool prizes!
