Seniors Homeowner Rebate

Cold Lake homeowners who are eligible for the Alberta Seniors Benefit may also be eligible to receive a $100 rebate on their principal residence. If you qualify, a credit will be applied directly to your property tax account prior to your property tax notice being mailed out to you. No application is necessary to receive this grant if you are already receiving the Alberta Seniors Benefit.
