Trevor Caswell is the General Manager of Villeneuve Airport (ZVL), part of the Edmonton Airports group alongside Edmonton International Airport (YEG). With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in aviation and transportation, he specializes in airport operations, strategic growth, and performance optimization.

Since joining Edmonton Airports nearly a decade ago, Trevor has led initiatives spanning operational excellence, air service development, cargo expansion, and stakeholder engagement. He has also played a leadership role in advancing Edmonton Airports’ business development strategy in the drone and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) sectors, supporting innovation, industry partnerships, and the integration of emerging aviation technologies. His expertise includes airside and landside operations, airline and logistics coordination, FBO services, fuel operations, and multimodal transportation strategy. He has held senior leadership roles across Ontario and Alberta, with a consistent focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Trevor holds a diploma in Aviation Management from Georgian College and a Master of Aviation Management from Griffith University.
