Yuliia Marcinkoski is the Founder and Managing Director of Market Edge Advisory and a Co-Founder and CEO of UCan Brave Tech.
Market Edge Advisory is a boutique firm specializing in dual-use technology, defence-sector innovation, and international market expansion. With 15 years of experience spanning Canada, Ukraine, the EU, and New Zealand, she works at the intersection of defence strategy, autonomous systems, and investment attraction.
At UCan Brave Tech, Yuliia leads a Canada–Ukraine technology bridge accelerating the commercialization of UAVs, autonomy, cybersecurity, and advanced materials — supporting companies through defence procurement pathways and NATO-aligned requirements.
Her career includes senior roles at Invest Alberta, where she led high-value investment attraction across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, and energy, and executive leadership of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress Alberta Provincial Council. She holds a Master of International Relations from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, a Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Global Logistics from Seneca Polytechnic, and a finance certificate from Harvard Business School.
She brings a strategic vantage point on how Alberta's emerging UAV corridors, BVLOS regulatory progress, and dual-use procurement pipelines translate into investment and commercialization opportunity — bridging the innovation ecosystem with the defence and aerospace industry partners shaping Canada's autonomous future.
